Wer im »Jugendwiderstand« ist, hat wenig Zeit. Demonstrationen wollen organisiert, Schulungen abgehalten, Flugblätter gedruckt und Parolen an Wände gesprüht werden. An einem Montagabend tauchen zwei Aktivisten der mysteriösen Gruppe dann aber auf. Die Männer nennen sich Taktikka und TJ Detweiler – keine ungewöhnlichen Pseudonyme für Rapper. Beide, soviel weiß man, machen Hip­Hop; ihre Tracks veröffentlichen sie im Internet.

Nach einer kurzen Begrüßung spazieren wir über den Hermannplatz in Berlin-Neukölln, fahren mit dem Bus hinter den S-Bahnring nach Britz, einem südlichen Ortsteil des Hotspot-Bezirks, und steuern eine Kneipe an, in der die typische Neuköllner Mischung aus Türken, Deutschen und türkischstämmigen Deutschen den Feierabend beim Bier genießt. Schickimicki sucht man hier vergebens. Poröse Bezüge, verblasste Farben. Stühle und Tische haben schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Männer wählen eine Eckbank im hintersten Winkel der Kaschemme, die Eingangstür immer im Blick. Man weiß ja nie.

Die erste Begegnung ist eine vertrauensbildende Maßnahme. Bislang hätten sie Presseanfragen abgelehnt. Die Berliner Morgenpost, das Hipstermagazin Vice oder der Tagesspiegel wollten Interviews. »Wir haben wenig Erfahrung mit Journalisten«, erzählen Taktikka und TJ Detweiler und bestellen sich je ein Weizenbier – alkoholfrei, ganz wichtig. Zurückhaltend hatten sie auch auf die Anfrage der jungen Welt reagiert. Ihr Misstrauen ist verständlich.

Anfang Dezember hatte der Tagesspiegel vor »Maos Schlägern in Berlin-Neukölln« gewarnt. Die Autoren schrieben: »Der ›Jugendwiderstand‹ attackiert systematisch Andersdenkende – am liebsten ebenfalls Linke.« Ihr Wortführer sei ein Kreuzberger Erzieher. Gewalttätige Extremisten also, die nachts durch das Viertel marodieren, und tagsüber unseren Nachwuchs erziehen. Dieses Horrorszenario malen die Tagesspiegel-Redakteure. Doch was ist dran an der Krawallstory?

Die erste Kontaktaufnahme erfolgt über die sogenannten sozialen Medien. Nach vier Tagen dann die Antwort: Es bestehe Interesse, mit der jungen Welt zu sprechen. Deshalb sitzen TJ Detweiler und Taktikka jetzt in dieser Neuköllner Spelunke und machen sich Notizen, während der Autor seine Idee für ein Gruppenporträt präsentiert. Bei mehreren Veranstaltungen möchte ich die Aktivisten begleiten. Beobachten, wie sie agieren und kommunizieren.

Mit Fake-Account
»Meist gelesen« – das war Mitte Dezember des vergangenen Jahres der am 10. Dezember im Tages­spiegel erschienene Beitrag über den »Jugendwiderstand«. Ein Quotenbringer, würde man im TV sagen. Tenor: Körperliche Übergriffe auf politische Gegner, Fehden mit früheren Gesinnungsgenossen und ein positiver Bezug zu »Volk und Heimat« charakterisierten die Jugendwiderständler.

Glaubt man den Tagesspiegel-Autoren befindet sich ein Stadtbezirk teilweise im Würgegriff einer obskuren Politgang. Drei Dutzend junger und nicht mehr ganz so junger Aktivisten spielten sich als gewalttätige Kontrollettis auf, die den Volkskrieg in den Straßen rund um den Richardplatz im alten Rixdorf probten.

Tatsächlich findet man im Stadtquartier Aufkleber, Plakate, Taggs und Sprühereien mit Parolen und dem Signet des »Jugendwiderstands« – klassische Propagandadelikte. Ein bisschen Zeit geht auch dafür drauf, überklebte Aufkleber zu überkleben, durchgestrichene Taggs nachzuziehen und »verunstalteten« Parolen wieder den richtigen Farbanstrich zu geben. Das ist jugendtypisches Revierverhalten. Fußballfans machen das, Sprayercombos – und eben auch die kiezaktiven Jugendwiderständler.

Maja Friedrich und Jan Werkener zeichnen für das Tagesspiegel-Stück verantwortlich. Die beiden heißen in Wirklichkeit anders, sie haben sich Pseudonyme zugelegt. Warum? Selbstschutz? Wenn ja, vor wem und was? Die Antwort der Redaktion auf eine jW-Anfrage fällt lapidar aus: »Bitte haben Sie dafür Verständnis, dass wir Ihnen in diesem Fall keine nähere Auskunft zum Hergang der Recherche bzw. der Entstehung der Reportage geben können.«

Dafür berichten Taktikka und TJ Detweiler von ihrer unfreiwilligen Liaison mit dem Tagesspiegel. »Jan Werkener« habe einen Fake-Account bei Facebook zuerst unter dem Namen »Jan Marx« eingerichtet. »Alles schön in Rot und politisch gehalten.« Über Freundschaftsanfragen habe er sich innerhalb weniger Wochen ein Kontaktnetz zu mutmaßlichen Anhängern des »Jugendwiderstands« aufgebaut.

Zwei Tage vor Redaktionsschluss für den Text, so Taktikka, änderte der Autor seinen Account in »Jan Werkener«, um Jugendwiderständler, oder die, die er dafür hielt, zu kontaktieren. Eine Handvoll Adressaten soll vom Undercover-Schreiber Fragen erhalten haben, zum Teil mit namentlicher Anrede.

Taktikka bekam auch Post via Facebook: »Lieber Patrick, ich bin Reporter beim Tagesspiegel und plane eine größere Geschichte über Deine Rolle beim Jugendwiderstand. Dabei geht es auch um Deine Erziehertätigkeit bei (…). Könnten wir dazu ein Telefoninterview führen? Ich bräuchte bitte eine Antwort bis Mittwoch 12 Uhr. Danke und herzliche Grüße, Jan Werkener, Tagesspiegel.« Taktikka reagierte nicht, empfand das Gesprächsangebot als »unehrlich«.

Am Tag zuvor hatte »Werkeners« Kollegin »Friedrich« die Leitung einer Kreuzberger Kita, Taktikkas Arbeitsplatz, angegeschrieben. Ob sich Eltern wegen Taktikka beschwert oder besorgt gezeigt hätten; und, ob ein politisches Engagement beim »JW« mit dem Beruf eines Erziehers vereinbar sei, wollte sie wissen. Auch diese Fragen blieben unbeantwortet.

Nach der Tagesspiegel-Veröffentlichung soll es Mitte Dezember eine Aussprache in der Kita mit der Leitung und den Eltern gegeben haben. Viel will Taktikka dazu nicht sagen – nur das: Er sei bereits seit acht Jahren dort beschäftigt und auch weiterhin beruflich tätig.

Druck gibt es schon länger auf die Kitaleitung, auch Parolen an den Wänden. Manchmal plump: »Scheiß Jugendwiderstand.« Manchmal originell: »Taktikka, Du hast keine Strategie.« Von diesen Schmierereien steht nichts im Tagesspiegel.

Mit vielen wollen die Autoren gesprochen haben: mit »Betroffenen, Augenzeugen und Behördenmitarbeitern.« Sympathisanten, Aktivisten und Kader des »JW« gaben hingegen nichts zu Protokoll. Es wirkt fast so, als ob der Artikel stilistisch auf Hochglanz poliert werden musste, um die dünne Quellenlage zu überstrahlen.

Widerständige Jugend
Folgetreffen, nach Neujahr. Ein Café in der Nähe vom Kottbusser Tor in Kreuzberg 36. Großformatige Collagen auf Leinen an den Wänden mit Szenen von antikolonialen Befreiungskämpfen, staatlicher Aufstandsbekämpfung und politischen Gefangenen stechen ins Auge. Kurz nach 18 Uhr ist es noch fast leer. Im separaten Hinterraum tagt aber schon eine Politgruppe, halböffentlich.

Nach dem Vorgeplänkel Klartext: »Wie wird man eigentlich zum Wortführer beim ›Jugendwiderstand‹?« Taktikka grinst kurz, sagt: »In diesem Fall durch den Tagesspiegel.« Er sei der einzige, der durch seine Rapmusik öffentlich greifbar ist. In seiner Organisation gebe es zwar einen demokratisch-zentralistischen Aufbau, die Funktion »Wortführer« kenne er aber nicht. Als »Sympathisant« will er bezeichnet werden. Das gilt natürlich auch für TJ Detweiler. Über ihren bisher kurzen politischen Werdegang wollen sie nichts Konkretes lesen. »Sie wissen ja, der Verfassungsschutz liest mit.«

Der »Jugendwiderstand« hat eine Vorgeschichte. Der Kern rekrutierte sich aus der Berliner Zweigstelle der ursprünglich aus Magdeburg stammenden Gruppe »Zusammen Kämpfen«. Die »Rote Jugend Berlin« war eine Art Ausgründung. Ursache: szenetypische Querelen, oder im Jargon des »Jugendwiderstands«: »ideologische Widersprüche« zwischen eher libertären und eher marxistisch-leninistisch orientierten Jungkadern. Unter dem Einfluss von Sol, der »Sozialistischen Linken« aus Hamburg stehend, begannen neue »Zweilinienkämpfe«. Die einen entdeckten im staatssozialistischen Albanien unter Enver Hoxha Empfehlungen für aktuelle Politikansätze, die anderen faszinierte Maos Anstoß zur »Großen Proletarischen Kulturrevolution«. Ein bisschen so, wie man das aus den 1970er Jahren von den diversen K-Gruppen und ihren Spaltprodukten kennt.

Im Frühjahr 2015 dann der Etikettenwechsel – ein »massenkompatibeles« Label sollte es sein. Die neue Linienführung machte anfangs ungeahnte Probleme: Das Kürzel »JW« ließ sich nämlich nur mit viel Übung taggen.

Der »Jugendwiderstand« will strikt »maoistisch« sein: Ideologie, Politik und Organisation. Zur Gruppe kommen Jugendliche über Bekannte und Freunde – durch »Massenarbeit«. Überzeugend wirkten »kämpferische Standpunkte gegen Ausbeutung, Faschisten und imperialistischen Krieg«, erklärt TJ Detweiler im Stakkato. Potentielle Sympathisanten merkten sofort, der »Jugendwiderstand« meine es ernst.

Einsilbig werden Taktikka und TJ Detweiler, wenn es um die Bilanz ihres »großen Steuermanns« Mao geht. Nachfragen zu Massenelend und etlichen Millionen Hungertoten während des »Großen Sprungs nach vorne« (1958–1961) finden die beiden »zu ideologisch« und antworten ausweichend: »Wir können schlecht einzelne Direktiven, Kampagnen oder die zehn großen Linienkämpfe der KPCh im Rahmen eines Interviews referieren.«

Der »Jugendwiderstand« kokettiere mit nationalbolschewistischen und Querfrontgedanken, so einer von vielen Vorwürfen. Taktikka und TJ Detweiler im Praxistest: Wer ihnen antiquarische Bücher von Heinrich Laufenberg, Ernst Niekisch, Karl Otto Paetel und Otto Strasser mitbringt, erntet teilweise Ratlosigkeit: Zwei der vier Autoren kennen sie nicht einmal. Nein, Nationalbolschewisten seien sie keinesfalls; sie hätten sich für die KPD unter Ernst Thälmann entschieden. Punkt. Schwerwiegender ist aber ein anderer Vorwurf.

jW: Ihr seid Antisemiten, meinen nicht nur sogenannte Antideutsche?

DJ Detweiler: Wir sind keine Antisemiten. In unseren Reihen sind auch Menschen, die religiöse jüdische Symbole tragen.

Das ist kein Beleg, nicht antisemitisch zu sein.

Noch mal, Antisemitismus, egal in welcher Ausprägung, ob als christlicher oder muslimischer Antijudaismus oder rassistisch-biologischer Antisemitismus, bekämpfen wir entschieden.

Warum nehmen euch das viele Linke nicht ab?

Wir übernehmen nicht die sogenannte 3-D-Antisemitismus-Definition (Dämonisierung, Doppelstandards, Delegitimierung des Staates Israel), mit der bestimmte revolutionäre Organisationen wahllos stigmatisiert werden.

Der »neue Antisemitismus« verkleidet sich also nicht als Antizionismus?

Quatsch. An der Palästinafrage trennt sich die Spreu vom Weizen. Da sind diejenigen, die ganz im Sinne des liberalen Zeitgeists für den zionistischen Siedlerstaat einstehen, und die, die sich gegen den imperialistischen Vorposten im Nahen Osten stellen.

Der nationale palästinensische Befreiungskampf ist also gerechtfertigt und das Existenzrecht Israels in Frage zu stellen?

Das Problem Israels ist nicht nur der rassistische, sondern der proimperialistische Charakter des Zionismus. Der palästinensische Befreiungskampf ist weiterhin ein Symbol gegen kolonialistische Unterdrückung für die antiimperialistische Bewegung und die Unterdrückten weltweit.

Für Taktikka und TJ Detweiler ist politischer Kampf mehr als eine theoretische Option. Auch in Neukölln. Davon zeugen Verfahren wegen Beleidigung, Körperverletzung, Raubdelikten, die in den vergangenen Monaten zu mehreren Hausdurchsuchungen bei Sympathisanten des »Jugendwiderstands« geführt haben. Vorboten für ein Verbot? TJ Detweiler: »Darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss, das wissen nur unsere Feinde.« Das klingt ein wenig fatalistisch. Aber wer Kampfaufträge ausführen will, der muss sich wohl unbeeindruckt zeigen.

Einige Eltern junger Sympathisanten seien besorgt, ja, das schon, räumt Taktikka ein. Und Bewährungsstrafen blockierten zeitweise den Aktivismus. Aber: »Durch die bisherige Repression haben wir noch keinen Genossen verloren.«

Der »JW« mag seine personelle und organisatorische Basis vergrößert haben. In mehreren Städten gibt es Ableger, sie heißen »Revolutionäre Jugend Dresden«, »Revolutionäres Kollektiv Flensburg« oder »Rote Arbeiterjugend Magdeburg«. Austritte gab es aber auch. Die, die gegangen sind, nennen sich »Dissidenten«. Für die beiden Vorzeigekader sind es »Kapitulanten«. Nein, nachträglich mit Dreck wollten sie aber nicht werfen.

Klassenhass mit Sprechgesang
Ihren Kampf gegen den Kapitalismus wollen die Jugendwiderständler nicht nur auf der Straße, sondern auch an den Mikrofonen austragen. Einige in der Gruppe sind Rapmusiker, zum Beispiel Taktikka. Jungproletarischer Shootingstar will er nicht sein, eher Klassenkämpfer an der Kulturfront.

jW: Linke Organisationen ringen gerne um »kulturelle Hegemonie«, wollen den sogenannten vorpolitischen Raum beispielsweise über jugendgerechte Musik besetzen. Ihr auch?

Taktikka: Das ist ein elementares Feld von uns, proletarische Kultur ist eine Waffe im Kampf – oder um den Vorsitzenden Mao korrekt zu zitieren: »Die revolutionäre Kultur ist für die breiten Volksmassen eine machtvolle Waffe der Revolution.«

Wie kommt ihr zu Textideen?

Das können Vorschläge von Leuten aus unserer Struktur sein, Botschaften zu bestimmten Themen über den Rap zu transportieren. Aber auch Künstlerideen, die direkt aus der praktischen politischen Arbeit erwachsen.

Keine Kopfgeburten?

In meinen Texten findest du nichts, was erfunden wäre. Ich bin da kein Vorreiter, greife nur das auf, was der Jugend unserer Klasse aus der Seele spricht. Deshalb die straighten Inhalte – kein simples »Fuck the System«.

Ihr habt etwas mitzuteilen?

Oh ja, wir haben sehr viel mitzuteilen. (Lacht) Über den Beat, die Melodie der Rapmusik bleibt bei unseren Leuten viel mehr hängen, als wenn wir eine andere musikalische Form wählen würden.

Also keine Bertolt-Brecht-Stücke vortragen und vertonen wie es einst Ernst Busch und Hanns Eisler gemacht haben?

Das, was wir machen, ist quasi eine Neuvertonung in der Sprache von heute.

Und was soll von deinen Tracks hängenbleiben?

Klassenhass.

Über die Qualität von Taktikkas neuem Track »Macht und Gewalt« ist sich die Arbeiterjugend noch uneins. Auf seiner Facebook-Seite findet eine offene Aussprache über das Werk statt: »Gute Lyrics, Stimme ballert«, meint einer. Ein anderer: »Guter Track, aber ich muss trotzdem sagen, bis jetzt kam nichts an ›Rot wie Blut‹ ran.« Und ein dritter findet die Beats »ein bisschen zu laut.«

Wochenlang haben sie darauf hingearbeitet, auf das Wochenende des traditionellen Gedenkens an Rosa Luxemburg, Karl Liebknecht und Wladimir Iljitsch Lenin. Kader und Umfeld vom »Jugendwiderstand« waren am 12. und 13. Januar sprichwörtlich im Ausnahmezustand – logistisch und organisatorisch.

Am Freitag reisten schon die ersten Aktivisten von auswärts an, richtig los ging es Samstag mittag. Der »JW« samt Ableger aus dem Bundesgebiet tagte – intern. Zum Ablauf wollen Taktikka und TJ Detweiler nichts sagen.

Offener, auch wenn der Zutritt nur über persönliche Referenzen möglich war, lief die abendliche Kulturveranstaltung ab. Der Ort soll ungenannt bleiben. Technische Probleme mit der Anlage und dem Soundcheck verzögerten den Auftakt. Erst kurz vor 20 Uhr war es soweit. »Etwas lockerer soll es dieses Jahr sein«, stimmte Taktikka das exklusive Publikum ein. Das hieß: keine kurz- oder langatmigen Redebeiträge, statt dessen standen Rap und gemeinsames Absingen von Arbeiterliedern auf dem Programm.

Der Raum ist brechend voll, zumindest beim ersten Musikact. Gut hundert Menschen drängen sich nach vorne, halten aber einen knappen Respektabstand vor dem Duo TJ Detweiler und Taktikka. »Wir verkacken auch mal ’ne Zeile«, dröhnt Taktikka ins Mikro.

Die Fenster längs zur Straße sind fest verschlossen, dahinter heruntergelassene Rolläden. Lärmschutz muss sein. Feucht wird es, so feucht, dass sich das vier Meter lange und zwei Meter breite Transparent mit den »fünf Köpfen« (von Marx bis Mao) und der Unterzeile »Es lebe der Marxismus-Leninismus-Maoismus« regelmäßig von der Holzvertäfelung an der Wand löst – und fällt. Das Klebeband hält einfach nicht. Auch ideologischer Ballast wiegt. Drei, vier weitere Acts jugendgemäßer Rapmusik folgen, mit etwas weniger Stimmung und Publikum. Pause.

jW: Ihr seid nicht mehr als eine Schlägertruppe mit politischem Anstrich, meinen eure Intimfeinde. Macht ihr deswegen Kampfsport?

Taktikka: Kampfsport ist schon immer Teil der Tradition des Arbeitersports gewesen. Es ist nichts falsch daran, körperlich fit zu sein.

Es geht hier um die Frage innerlinker Gewalt. Prügeleien in der Linken sind okay, kein Tabubruch?

Fraktionskämpfe, Linienauseinandersetzungen bis hin zu organisationsinternen Putschversuchen – all das hat Befreiungsbewegungen schon immer begleitet, ob wir das gutfinden oder nicht. Der Vorsitzende Mao sagte: »Die Revolution ist kein Deckchensticken.« Und außerdem: Das Schema »links und rechts« entspricht der Sitzordnung in den Parlamenten. Das ist für uns eine obsolete Kategorie.

Obsolet?

Ja, wir sind Revolutionäre und Antiimperialisten.

»Revolutionäre und Antiimperialisten«, die nicht in »roten Zonen« des indischen Subkontinents umherschweifen, sondern handgreiflich gegenüber politischen Gegnern auf den Straßen Nordneuköllns geworden sind.

Wir reden hier von zwei, drei Auseinandersetzungen auf dem Niveau von Pausenhofschubsereien, ein paar Backpfeifen, alles andere ist völlig aufgebauscht. Nur so nebenbei: Die Angriffe von einem 20-Leute-Szenemob in Hamburg bei der Silvesterkundgebung vor dem Knast auf eine kleine Gruppe Hamburger Sympathisanten von uns stellt alles in den Schatten, was uns an »innerlinker Gewalt« vorgehalten wird.

Ihr geriert euch aber gerne als »Rote Kiezmiliz« – wie beim Fotoshooting vor dem Schild des U-Bahnhofs Neukölln. Alles praxis­lose Selfie-Pose?

Auch der RFB, der Rote Frontkämpferbund der KPD im Weimarer Staat, hat seine Politik über Fotos und Postkarten vermittelt. Das war eine Agitpropaktion und ist Ausdruck eines ganz kleinen Teils unserer Arbeit.

War das eine Reaktion auf die »NPD-­Sicherheitsstreife« auf Neuköllner U-Bahnhöfen?

Nazis sind für uns keine Stichwortgeber. Wir haben aber gezeigt, wir sind wirklich hier. Und wir sorgen dafür, dass Faschisten keine netten U-Bahnfahrten hätten, wenn sie sich hier breitmachen würden.

Seid ihr der militante Arm des Proletariats?

Wir sind eine kämpfende, antiimperialistische Jugendorganisation und keine Keimzelle einer klandestinen militärischen KP.

Weiter geht’s nach 15 Minuten ohne Livebeats. Taktikka erklärt, warum klassische Arbeiterlieder zur gelebten proletarischen Kultur der roten Jugend zählen – und lässt vorsorglich Zettel mit den Proletenhits von einst rumgeben. »Roter Wedding« oder »Auf ihr Arbeiter, Brüder!« zum Beispiel. Das Liedgut der Ahnen geht den Jungspunden von heute noch nicht so locker über Lippen. Und es gibt ein Debüt im Duett: Ein kleiner Frauenchor mischt mehrstimmig und mehrsprachig mit. Nicht nur hier fällt auf: Der »Jugendwiderstand« ist keine reine Männersache. Die, die vorne stehen, wirken auch hinten mit. Auf die beiden Interpretinnen trifft das sowieso zu.

Der Abend ist aber noch nicht vorbei – ein Gastspiel steht an. Ein Überraschungsauftritt im »Bi Nuu«, das früher mal »Kato« hieß, direkt unter dem U-Bahnbogen am Schlesischen Tor in Kreuzberg. Die nächtliche Bühnenshow bringt die jungen Klassenkämpfer erst spät in die Kojen.

Zum morgendlichen Marschantritt auf der Luxemburg-Liebknecht-Lenin-Demo sind alle da. Der Sammelpunkt wurde am Abend zuvor über Mund-zu-Mund-Propaganda bekanntgegeben. An einem Bahnhof stehen Aktivisten und lotsen ihre Genossen zum verabredeten Treff. Der ist verwinkelt, von der Straße schwer einsehbar.

Kiezmiliz beim Fotoshooting
Einer, der Ansagen machen kann, macht das auch: Er ruft alle Teilnehmer zu sich, gibt die Marschordnung – Viererreihen – bekannt; demonstriert, wie die in mühevoller Heimarbeit gebastelten Hammer-und-Sichel-Fahnen gehalten werden müssen, und ruft zu diszipliniertem Auftreten auf. Handzettel mit Parolen werden verteilt, sicher ist sicher. Dann die Order: »Wir lassen uns auf keine Provokationen ein, egal von wem.« Aber: »Werden wir angegriffen, verteidigen wir uns.« Fürsorglich ist der Ansager auch, er hat Halspastillen für die dabei, deren Stimme während des Zugs versagen sollte. Mit Salbeiextrakt.

In Kleingruppen beiderseits der Straße und auf der Mittelinsel geht es zum Auftaktort der Demo am U-Bahnhof Frankfurter Tor. Nicht geschlossen, schön zerstreut zwischen anderen Demogängern. Taktikka wirkt das erste Mal an diesem Vormittag erleichtert. Er beobachtet aus sicherer Distanz, dass die zwei, drei Bündel mit den Fahnen die Polizeikontrolle ohne Probleme passieren konnten. TJ Detweiler strapaziert seine Stimmbänder zum letzten Mal an diesem Tag: »Wir sind die einzige Jugendmassenorganisation aus den Reihen der Arbeiterklasse.« Und ganz unbescheiden: »Es ist uns eine Ehre, das Erbe der KPD von Ernst Thälmann anzunehmen.« Ein, zwei Rauchtöpfe, knallrot, werden noch gezündet, reichlich Schnappschüsse für die Galerie gemacht, dann ist Schluss.
